The partners of NewEcoSmart took part in the in the Participatory Lab “Entrepreneurial and social innovation skills driving inclusion and tackling the innovation divide” held as part of the 21st European Week of Regions and Cities, on October 10th in Brussels.
Friends of Europe, an independent think tank focused on good policy making, outlined the major conclusions of this laboratory, and we are proud to confirm the matches with our project goals and aims.
Creativity, problem-solving and community leadership are crucial for economic growth and social innovation, with an emphasis on ecological and digital improvements. Europe is aiming for a more inclusive and environmentally friendly future, ensuring that no one is left behind, and to do this, we also need to identify and develop digital and entrepreneurial skills in adults aged 45 and over.
